Ezy Golf Classified provides golf classified listings,
subject to the following terms of use. By using this service you are agreeing
to comply with the terms of use. In addition, when using a specific service
you agree to abide by any posted guidelines. Should you object to any terms
of use, any guidelines or any modification to guidelines or terms of use, your only
recourse is to discontinue use of Ezy Golf Classified.
- Description of Service:

registered member(member) to list golf classified ads on
our website at http://www.ezygolfclassified.com
in accordance with the Terms of Use as stated in this document.
To become a registered member you must create an account on our website. This
account created by the member must comply to the Terms of Use as stated in this
document.
This service offered is free to any member.
This service maintains the right to sell advertising with the placement of links,
banners, video and flash presentations used by a member to show their merchandise.
There is no registration for any individual(individual*) using this service to
find golf classified ad listings. Any
individual uses this service a their own risk, and cannot in any way shape or form
hold Ezy Golf Classified libel for any wrongdoings, personal liability
or monetary liability while using the service or purchasing from a member.
- Modifications of Agreement:
We reserve the right to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any

- Content:
As a member any party posting merchandise on our service must understand they
are fully responsible for each item of content and photos. Furthermore, you
understand that Ezy Golf Classified does not control and is not responsible for

by a member. Under no circumstances, will Ezy Golf Classified be libel in any
way for any classified ad item listed by a member.
Both the individual and member must understand that Ezy Golf Classified does
not prescreen or approved listed items, but that we shall have the right to
(but not the obligation) to delete any listed items. Additionally, both
the individual and member must understand that Ezy Golf Classified takes no
responsibility or liability with regard to listed items that violates or infringes
on any copyright rights or intellectual property rights. If violation of any
such rights occurs, upon notification, if the merchandise is still listed, Ezy Golf
Classified will remove the listing immediately and ban the member
from any further use of Ezy Golf Classified.
- Website Link:
As a part of each classified ad you may establish a
website link to your personal or business website. The limits of this link
are that it must go to a single location and not go to any type of a link farm,
redirect or reload in any way. Linking to social website accounts is
acceptable. This link must not be directed to any type of adult content.
Ezy Golf Consignment is not accountable for any traffic originating at our
location which terminates on the established classified ad link. If you choose to link posted
content to any other website you do it at your own risk and are fully
responsible.

or a violation of property rights please contact via email at

Ezy Golf Classified will remove the infringing listings(s), subject to
the procedures outlined in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- Information Disclosure, Privacy:
Your use of Ezy Golf Classified signifies acknowledgement of your agreement
with our

You further acknowledge and agree that Ezy Golf Classified may, at its sole discretion,
preserve or disclose your listed item(s), as well as your information, such
as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information, if required
to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure
is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce the terms of use;
respond to claims that any posted merchandise violates anyone's rights; respond
to claims that contact information (e.g. phone number, street address) of a third-party
has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment;
protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Ezy Golf Classified,
its users or the general public.
- Conduct:
A member listing item(s) agrees not to list, email or make available content:
a) that is in violation of any state, federal or local laws;
b) that is abusive, slanderous or offensive to any individuals or parties what so
ever;
c) that falsely impersonates or misrepresents an individual, entity, association
with an individual or
d) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful or misinformative;
e) that infringes on any proprietary rights, contracts of individual parties or
businesses;
f) that includes any linking configurations designed to enhance a web site search
engine placement or commercial value;
g) that contains any software viruses or computer code designed to enhance placement
or damage servers or other individuals computers;
h) that advertises any merchandise which is prohibited or restricted to sell by
applicable law;
i) contact, harass or stalk anyone who has asked to remain anomyous.
- Limitations of Service:
You accept that Ezy Golf Classified can establish limits concerning
use of our service to include:
a) specifying the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the service;
b) the maximum number and size of listing(s), email messages, or other Content that
may be transmitted or stored by the service;
c) the frequency with which you may access the Service.

- Service Use:

nonexclusive license to access the service for your own personal use. The
member may create a hyperlink from their own personal web site to their listed
item(s).
However, any links to Ezy Golf Classified from a member must be noncommercial
and reasonable in quantity. Excessive links placed from social websites or
blogs will cause termination of members right to list item(s).
Any member or individual using this service agrees to not hold The Ezy Catalog Corp
(Ezy Golf Classified is a service provided by The Ezy Catalog Corp),
its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees,
harmless from any claim or demand, including "tort" and associated attorney fees and court
costs, made by any member, individual or third party due to or arising out of
listed items, purchased or otherwise transacted between the member and
individual.
*An individual is defined as anyone who uses this website to find member listed items and purchase such items.
